I am approx. 4 months after a stillbirth and cycle has been erratic. Veset came after 44 days and next month after 20 days. I did not do a bedika bec. it was so early and veset never came that early and seems we had relations when I was a niddah. I only saw the bleeding after… So for chayav kareis b’shoggeg it would be a korbon chatas but since not possible today what teshuva can I do?

Sorry for getting technical, but why do you say that it is clear that you were a nida beforehand? Maybe it really came afterwards? It canvery possibly be that halpachocally you weren’t a nida then.
