A friend asked me the following and i was wondering if i answered correctly. His cleaning lady cleaned his kosher toaster it was in a not totally kosher kitchen. And hes not sure what she used to clean it. I told him just to turn it up to the highest temp for 15-20 min and then everything would be fine. Correct? Anyway, sfek sfeka..could be she used a new towel/ cloth and even if not she probably used soap,right? Thanks!

Right. additionally if she didn’t use hot water then nothing got absorbed, ad it wouldn’t even need kashering.
