Challa on dough from a store

Question:

If one buys frozen dough from the store and bakes with enough to be mechayev challa, do we need to be mafrish challa? Even though there is a din of nachtom, but the company that originally made the dough would never get it back if it was not sold in the store, therefore the dough lechoira still has a din of issa ha’asuya lechalek and the buyer would need to take challa?

Answer:

Interesting question. First of all is the size of the package big enough for a shiur of challah, even w/o a bracha? Secondly I would be interested to know what the hechsher says about this?
