Hi. While shnaim mikrah is a chiyuv, do you have to say evey single word properly in order to be yotze; meaning do I have to become OCD making sure I pronounced every single word and did not run words together in order to be yotzei?
and are there any mekoros for this

The most important thing is that you should never become OCD over anything, and yes even when saying Kiryas Shema. While we should be careful to say it properly, in general, there is no need to say the words more than once, you learn how to say it, and it should’t be that difficult after that. In fact saying the words more than once, especially if it is just for the “nerven of it” is incorrect,. We are supposed to say Kiryas Shema precisely and correctly, and adding words to it such as saying Shema, Shema, Yisroel, Yisroel, H-shem…”, is not reading the parsha the way it was written. Having said that, it is correct to be bedakdek, when saying it, but even if one wasn’t, he is still yotza (O:CH 62-1). Regarding Shnayim Mikra, it is similar to whenever someone is learning other parts of Tanach, and davening, (O:CH 61-22).
